Meet Hillary, The Inclusive Lightkeeper

As the younger sister of Amy, Queen Bee of the Sacred Hive, my introduction to the world of retreats was “How can I help, I want to help?” So in 2018, I was granted a great gift of going to our sweet Madison and Amy’s magical retreat. Along I came with my car loaded down and my kitchen apron packed ready to cook and help. What started as a weekend of work ended up being the spark I needed. The women I met that weekend spread out a seeded quilt of knowledge to us all that continues to sprout, all these years later.

My husband Jack is the rock that keeps me out of the mud, is always trying to teach me something new, makes me laugh every day, and is the most unapologetically authentic person I have met to date. We love to tinker with cars, go on adventures, be with family and friends, and never cease to create our happy little corner of the planet. In June of 2025, an angel was sent to us from Heaven, our son Cinco. He made me a 42 year old first time mama and has showed me the true meaning of selflessness. Now we get to tinker and go with our little man in tow. I’m hopelessly in love with my 2 boys + my 3 furry boys Maverick, Bob, and Sir Charles Rexington III (Rex) the cat. 

For the past 19 years I have worked with children with special needs as a special educator. Currently, I primarily work to help teachers and staff manage and change students challenging behaviors. I love what I do and getting to see families live better lives because of the hard work of the team fills my little heart. 

The Sacred Sisterhood to me is a gaggle of women from every walk of life who share the same zeal for community and acceptance, who appreciate the differences in each other, and strive to awaken something sleeping inside of them. Come join us!
