Meet Kristen, Priestess of Planning & Flow Fairy

Madison. My journey here begins with my cousin, Madison.  This journey that I’ve begun to think of as the ever-unfurling gift that she left with me.

Last year was my very first time stepping into the sacred sisterhood circle — and what a beautiful, healing adventure it turned out to be. I arrived open-hearted yet full of emotion, not knowing what to expect as we gathered to remember our sweet M.  Two days later, I left feeling deeply connected to a circle of incredible women I hadn’t known before — and a little more healed, knowing I would carry her spirit with me, always. Her love lives on in those she touched, and that realization was truly transformative.

Madison was my first spark of magic — my gentle introduction to the “woo woo” world (as I like to call it!). I’m five years older than her and eight years older than her brother, Michael, so I was lucky enough to spend summers with them when I was in high school — babysitting, swimming, and adventuring through long, golden days I’ll always cherish. Her laughter, curiosity, and light were magnetic, and even now, I feel her presence whenever we gather — giggling in the background with that infectious smile and filling the space with joy.

Though I’m still at the beginning of my mystical journey, I’ve come to understand that the magic we hold in this circle isn’t only spiritual — it’s deeply human. It’s about celebrating what connects us: as women, as souls, and as beings sharing this beautiful earth. All are welcome here, no matter where they are on their path.

Now, as the retreat’s Priestess of Planning (and occasional Flow Fairy), I get to help weave the practical with the magical — tending to details, nurturing the schedule and rhythm, and keeping the flow as sacred as the space we share. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads next — for me, for you, and for all of us walking together, with Madison’s spirit smiling beside us.
