Meet Cathy, Chief Woman of Wonder

With over five decades of embodied wisdom, I’ve come to see life as a dance—a blend of laughter, healing, movement, and soulful connection. I’m Cathy Eason: holistic nutritionist, health educator, massage and bodywork specialist, yogi, and lifelong believer in the power of whole foods and whole life living.

Through years of study, deep personal exploration, and joyful discovery, I’ve woven together a unique tapestry of offerings that nourish the body, awaken the mind, and uplift the spirit. My approach is grounded in science but guided by intuition—where movement meets mindfulness, food becomes medicine, and self-care evolves into deep, unapologetic self-love.

At the heart of everything I do is a sense of playfulness and presence. I love to create retreat experiences for women that serve as sacred spaces—places to reconnect with your essence, explore your creativity, and rediscover the Sacredin Community. Whether I’m guiding yoga at sunrise, crafting vibrant meals from the earth, instigating a dance party, or simply holding space for honest, heart-centered conversation, I aim to embody harmony—with nature, with spirit, and with the ever-unfolding rhythm of this wonderous life.

Rooted in compassion and curiosity, my mission is simple: to remind every woman that healing and vitality are her birthright. Through connection, movement, and mindful nourishment, we can all come home—to ourselves, to each other, and to the lives we’re meant to live.

5 Things to Know about Cathy:

  1. I’ve been a proud Pacific NW girl my whole life, raised on the inland waters of Puget Sound in Washington before heading south to explore the small city life of Portland (yes, it’s weird!), and now settled happily with my life-partner among the mountains of the Central Oregon high desert.

  2. Nature is my spiritual playground and church, and there’s nothing that brings me closer to God than an opportunity to enjoy the ocean beaches, rivers, mountains, trees, and colorful seasons of this region I call home.

  3. I was the first girl in Olympia WA to be allowed to play on the boys’ baseball team at my elementary school. When I was told by my mother that I wouldn’t be able to play because I was a girl, and I questioned her “but Why?”, she told my father and we all attended the first team meeting that night. This first opportunity to “be one of the boys” led to a lifetime of successful competitive athletics for me, and a collegiate career in fastpitch softball. Lesson learned: always wonder why!

  4. I consider myself a connector – I love to bring people together in community to lift each other up and enhance the collective outreach of talents and goodness.

  5. Food is my love language!
