Retreat Details & Logistics
What are the dates and location of the retreat?
Our 2026 retreat will take place from Friday, March 20, through Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the beautiful Blanco Valley Lodge, located just outside of Dripping Springs in Blanco, TX. A limited number of spaces are available for attendees to add an extra evening by arriving on Thursday, March 19 to join an exclusive Sacred Spring Equinox Celebration. Once registered, double-check your confirmation email for those VIP details you don’t want to miss. Register HERE!
How do I get there?
The Blanco Valley Lodge (map) is about a 70 minute drive from Austin, 40 minutes from the Kyle/Buda area, and about 60 minutes from San Antonio. Attendees from out of state typically fly in/out of the Austin or San Antonio airports for quickest access to Blanco Valley Lodge.
What are the accommodations like?
The Blanco Valley Lodge comfortably sleeps 30 guests among a variety of shared rooms on the property. Queen beds will accommodate 2 people, and there are several single bed bunks within shared bedrooms and the two casitas on site. Bathrooms are also shared, and there is plenty of hot water. Please designate any preferred bedmates/roommates on your registration form, and we will do our best to place you with your most Sacred Sister.
Note: There are no single-occupancy rooms available.
Who is eligible to attend?
Women ages 18 and older seeking connection and creative expression in a safe and celebrated sacred space. If you’re a woman seeking to nurture your mind, body, and spirit—or just craving a little self-love and holistic health magic—you’re invited! The retreat quickly creates a very close-knit cohort with the intention of growing our Sacred Sisterhood community at large.
What is included in the retreat fee?
Sacred Sisters will experience three days of authentic, sacred expression through holistic wellness workshops and activities, and two nights of accommodation at the Blanco Valley Lodge. Sacred Equinox Sisters will participate in an extra day of personalized holistic health and wholeness activities, celebrating your most authentic self as we each transition into the Spring season. Think of your registration fee as your all-access pass to wellness wonderland: you’ll get comfortable, shared accommodations, delicious meals, transformative workshops, holistic movement and creativity sessions, and retreat amenities galore!
What should I bring? Is there a dress code? (A complete list will be provided closer to the retreat)
No runway required—give us your best relaxed, radiant vibes! From holistic healing circles to dance parties, wear whatever makes you feel like your highest self. Evening events might call for a bit of color or a sprinkle of glam, but comfort is always in.
Bring your comfiest yoga/workout attire (casual clothes to move and stretch in), a yoga mat (we’ll have extra), your favorite water bottle (hydration is queen!), and comfortable shoes.
Plan casual clothing layers for daytime and your comfiest sleep attire. On Friday & Saturday evenings, we will have some special programming that may call for dressing along a particular theme, so keep an eye out for the newsletter & pre-retreat briefings for more details.
Swimsuit for hot tub/pool/river (river walks require shoes other than flip-flops).
Creature comforts/Personal Items/Toiletries/Special snacks or drinks ~ we will have a LOT of healthy options!
If you are a light sleeper: eye mask, ear plugs, weighted blanket, etc. – remember, Sacred Sisters will be sharing rooms.
Phone/Camera & Charging Devices
All the self-care goodies you love, and a journal for those aha moments.
If meditation under the stars sounds dreamy, you’ll want layers for an evening chill. March weather in Texas can be unpredictable.
Will meals be provided? What if I have special dietary needs like food sensitivities, allergies, or just plain dislikes?
Oh yes—your taste buds are in for a treat! The Sacred Sisterhood is committed to providing nutritious, delicious, high-quality meals and snacks throughout the retreat, all included with your stay. We’re foodies and health enthusiasts with your optimal well-being in mind, offering full ingredient transparency and striving to use organic ingredients whenever possible. Most meals will be gluten-free and/or dairy-free, and we’re mindful of other dietary needs such as low- or no-sugar options and food allergies. Simply share any specific restrictions or requests on your registration form so we can ensure you stay nourished, glowing, and fully cared for.
What types of activities can I expect?
Get ready for somatic yoga flows, guided meditations, holistic health workshops, nature walks, group discussions, creativity and artistic sessions, and maybe even sound baths & dance parties! Check your retreat schedule for the full lineup of soul-soothing, body-loving, Sacred Sisterhood fun.
Can I participate in only select activities?
You do you, Girlfriend! Every activity is optional—dip your toes or dive right in. This is your retreat, your way.
Is there WiFi or cell service at the retreat?
WiFi is available at the Blanco Valley Lodge, but honestly, isn’t it time for a digital detox? Embrace the offline oasis! Cell service is usually consistent at our dreamy location, so let your family and friends know you’ll be busy glowing up, but also reachable if needed.
What if I have a medical emergency during the retreat?
We’ve got your back—our on-site team is trained for first aid and emergencies. Don’t hesitate to speak up if you need help. The nearest medical facility is 20 minutes away, just in case. A signed Medical Release Form and Medical Waiver of Liability Form (included in registration) are required for retreat participation
