Honestly, I’m living my dreams in a grounded, abundant and spiritual life. I’ve done my best to redefine my humanness and practice gobs of acceptance. I owe this sacred path to many things…the love from my friends and family, the teachings from earth medicines, the reflections I receive when I integrate the work and of course the conversations I have with my version of God/Spirit/Universe.
Sacred Sisterhood

I live in Rockport, Texas where I am co-owner and artist at Moon Over Water Gallery & Artisan Market. I live with my charismatic husband and two pups, Newt and Augie, on a few acres among the coastal live oaks and hummingbirds. I believe in living as close to the earth as possible and always try to come from a place of love. I love to dance and am learning more to listen to my body’s needs. I’m still working on complete trust and surrender. Not an easy feat for a type A, recovering perfectionist. I get to teach somatic yoga weekly and am grateful to bring my version of movement to the Sacred Sisterhood. What an honor to be part of this tribe where we love one another exactly as we show up. And mostly where we laugh and laugh and laugh.
